Why Trust ALSANTRADE to Find Your Next Job?

Thousands of professionals make the costly mistake of applying through unverified job platforms every single year — facing recruitment fraud, hidden charges, broken promises, and in some cases, serious personal and financial harm. In a region as active and opportunity-rich as the Gulf, unscrupulous operators unfortunately do exist.
At ALSANTRADE, we have built our entire reputation on doing things the right way. Since our establishment, we have placed hundreds of professionals across the UAE and the wider Gulf region — and every single placement has been conducted with full transparency, complete professionalism, and genuine care for the candidates we represent.
Here is exactly what every candidate can expect when they choose to work with us:
Zero Fees for Candidates — Always
We will never charge you a single dirham, dollar, or rupee to apply for a job, process your application, assist with your documents, or support your visa journey. Our service to candidates is completely and unconditionally free. Our recruitment services are funded entirely by the employers we partner with. If any person or agency ever asks you to pay money to secure a job through ALSANTRADE, they are not representing us — they are committing fraud, and we urge you to report it immediately.
Verified Employers Only — No Exceptions
Every company and employer we work with goes through our internal verification process before we accept their vacancy and before we present their opportunity to our candidates. We check company registration, trading history, reputation in the market, and the legitimacy of their hiring requirements. We do not list jobs from unregistered businesses, suspicious employers, or companies that have previously engaged in exploitative hiring practices — under any circumstances, without exception.
Real Human Consultants — Not Just an Algorithm
When you submit your application through ALSANTRADE, a real, qualified, and experienced recruitment consultant reviews your profile personally. Your application is not processed by a bot, sorted by a keyword algorithm, or filed in a database never to be seen again. You will always have a named consultant you can contact, and you will always receive a genuine, human response to your enquiry.
End-to-End Support — From Application to First Day
Our support does not end when you receive a job offer. ALSANTRADE accompanies you through every stage of the journey — from your initial application and screening call, through interview preparation and offer negotiation, to visa guidance, document attestation support, and relocation advice. We want your transition into your new role and your new country to be as smooth, confident, and stress-free as possible.
Ethical Recruitment Standards — Fully Compliant
ALSANTRADE is fully committed to ethical hiring practices at every level. We comply with the UAE Labour Law, the employment regulations of every destination country we recruit into, and the internationally recognized standards for ethical cross-border recruitment. We do not support, facilitate, or tolerate any form of exploitative, deceptive, or coercive hiring.
Candidates applying for UAE jobs can also review official labour regulations at the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation:
UAE Labour Law (MOHRE)
Transparent Communication — No Ghosting, No Vague Answers
One of the most common and justified complaints from job seekers is being left in the dark after submitting an application. At ALSANTRADE, we commit to keeping you informed at every stage. You will know when your application has been received, when it has been reviewed, whether you have been shortlisted, and what happens next. If a role is not the right fit for your profile, we will tell you directly and respectfully — and we will work with you to find something that is.

Job Application Form
A qualified and experienced recruitment consultant personally reviews every application submitted through ALSANTRADE within three to five business days of receipt. We do not use automated filtering — every profile is reviewed by a real person who understands your industry and your career goals.
You can use this form to apply for a specific vacancy you have seen listed on our portal, or to submit a general application for consideration across our full range of current and upcoming vacancies. Please complete all fields as accurately and completely as possible.

How the Application Process Works
We have designed our recruitment process to be as simple, transparent, and respectful of your time as possible. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you apply to the day you start your new role.
Step 1: Apply or Upload Your CV
Begin by browsing our job listings and applying for any role that matches your qualifications, experience, and career goals. If you do not see a specific role that fits your profile right now, you can submit a general application by uploading your CV — our consultants will match your profile to suitable current and upcoming vacancies.
Step 2: Application Review
Every application we receive is reviewed by one of our specialist recruitment consultants within three to five business days. We assess your qualifications, your experience, your career trajectory, and your suitability for our current and upcoming active roles. We read every CV — every single one.
Step 3: Consultant Screening Call
If your profile is identified as a strong potential match for a current or upcoming role, one of our consultants will contact you to arrange an initial screening call. This is a relaxed, professional conversation — we want to understand your career goals, your preferences, your timeline, and your expectations so that we can represent you effectively to our employer clients.
Step 4: Employer Interview Preparation
Once we identify the right opportunity, we work closely with you to prepare you thoroughly for your employer interview — including company background, interview format, likely questions, and guidance on salary negotiation and offer evaluation. We will not send you into an interview unprepared.
Step 5: Job Offer Review and Documentation Support
Once you receive and decide to accept an employment offer, our team assists you with employment contract review, guidance on document preparation and attestation, and coordination with the employer on visa processing and start date planning. We ensure you fully understand what you are signing before you sign it.
Step 6: Relocation and Onboarding Support
Our relationship with you does not end at placement. ALSANTRADE provides ongoing guidance throughout your relocation and early settling-in period — including practical advice on accommodation, banking, transportation, and adjusting to life in your new country and workplace. We want you not just to find a job — we want you to thrive in it.
Tips for Job Seekers Applying to UAE and Gulf Vacancies
Applying for a career opportunity in the Gulf region is a meaningfully different experience from applying for jobs in your home country. The standards, expectations, norms, and practical requirements are different — and understanding them gives you a genuine competitive advantage.
Write a UAE-Standard CV
A CV that works well in the UK, India, or the Philippines may not present you at your best in the UAE job market. UAE employers generally expect a CV that is two to three pages maximum, clean and well-structured, results-focused rather than duties-focused, and which includes your photograph, nationality, date of birth, marital status, and current visa status. These inclusions are standard and expected in the Gulf market. Focus on quantifiable achievements and specific project experience rather than generic job descriptions. If you are applying for UAE jobs, it is important to understand official employment regulations and worker rights through government sources such as:
UAE Ministry of Human Resources
Attest Your Educational Certificates Early
The vast majority of employers in the UAE and the Gulf region require attested copies of your degree certificate and any professional qualifications before they can process your employment visa. The attestation process can take several weeks or even months, depending on your country of origin. Start this process as early as possible — ideally before you begin applying — so that delays in attestation do not hold up your start date once you receive an offer.
Be Completely Transparent About Your Visa Status
UAE employers ask about your current visa status because it has a direct and practical impact on the speed and cost of your onboarding process. Whether you are currently on a visit visa in the UAE, on an active employment visa with another employer, or applying from your home country and requiring full overseas sponsorship, be upfront about this from the very beginning. Transparency speeds up the process and builds trust.
Prepare Seriously for Video Interviews
The majority of Gulf employers interview international candidates via video call before making a job offer. Treat your video interview with exactly the same level of professionalism as an in-person meeting. Dress appropriately. Choose a quiet, well-lit, neutral background. Test your internet connection and camera beforehand. Have copies of your CV on your desk. Arrive punctually to the call — being late to a virtual interview leaves exactly the same negative impression as being late in person.
Research Gulf Salary Benchmarks Thoroughly
Before any interview or offer negotiation, invest time in understanding what professionals with your qualifications, experience level, and specific skill set are earning in your target location and sector. Knowing your market value allows you to negotiate confidently, professionally, and from a position of knowledge. Our recruitment consultants are always happy to provide salary guidance for the sectors and levels we recruit into.
Understand What Your Full Package Includes
In the Gulf region, total compensation is much more than your base salary. The overall value of an employment package typically includes your monthly base salary, an accommodation allowance or employer-provided accommodation, a transport allowance, annual return flights to your home country, comprehensive medical insurance, an annual performance bonus in many sectors, and end-of-service gratuity. When comparing offers, always compare the full package value — not just the headline monthly salary figure.
Never Pay Anyone a Recruitment Fee
A legitimate, professional, and ethical recruitment agency — including ALSANTRADE — will never ask you to pay any fee whatsoever to apply for a job, secure a placement, or receive visa or documentation assistance. If any individual, agency, or organization asks you to pay money in exchange for a job offer, a visa, or a recruitment service, it is a scam. Do not pay. Do not send documents. Report it immediately.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it completely free to apply for jobs through ALSANTRADE?
Yes, absolutely and unconditionally free. ALSANTRADE does not charge job seekers any fees at any stage of the recruitment process — not for application processing, not for CV screening, not for interview preparation, not for visa guidance, and not for any other service we provide to candidates. Our placement services are funded entirely by the employers we work with. There are no hidden charges and no conditions attached to our free service.
Can I apply from outside the UAE?
Absolutely. The overwhelming majority of the candidates we place are recruited internationally — from India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, and many other countries. Your current location does not affect your eligibility to apply. If your qualifications, experience, and profile match a role, we will consider your application on merit regardless of where you are currently based. You can also explore active UAE job listings and professional networking opportunities on global platforms such as LinkedIn Jobs UAE.
I submitted my application, but have not heard back. What should I do?
Our recruitment team reviews all applications within three to five business days. If you have not received any communication from us within seven calendar days of submission, please feel free to follow up by contacting us. Please include your full name, the role you applied for, and the approximate date of your submission when you follow up.
How do I know that the job listings on ALSANTRADE are genuine?
Every job listing published on ALSANTRADE’s portal is sourced directly from employers who have been verified by our recruitment team. We do not scrape third-party job boards, we do not publish listings from unverified sources, and we do not post speculative or unapproved vacancies. If a vacancy appears on our portal, it is because a verified employer has confirmed to us that it is a genuine, active, and open requirement.
Will ALSANTRADE help me with my visa application?
We provide detailed guidance and practical support throughout the visa process, and we coordinate closely with employers who are offering visa sponsorship as part of the employment package. The formal visa application itself is submitted and processed by the employer in accordance with UAE immigration regulations. Our team will guide you through every step of the documentation and process requirements and ensure you know exactly what to expect and when.
I cannot find a suitable listing right now. What should I do?
Submit a general application using our Job Application Form on this page, upload your CV, and activate a Job Alert using the registration form above. When a role matching your professional profile, experience level, and location preference becomes available, you will be among the first candidates we contact. We actively maintain our candidate database and regularly match new vacancies against existing registered profiles.
How long does the full recruitment process typically take from application to offer?
The timeline varies depending on the role type, the employer’s decision-making process, and any visa or documentation requirements. As a general guideline, straightforward permanent positions with a clear skills match are typically filled within two to six weeks from the date of initial application. Senior or specialist roles and volume hiring campaigns may have longer timelines. Our consultants will always give you a realistic timeline expectation at the point of your screening call.
I am an employer. How do I post a vacancy or engage ALSANTRADE’s recruitment services?
You can submit your vacancy directly using the Post a Job form on this page, and our team will respond within one business day to discuss your requirements and confirm next steps. Alternatively, contact our recruitment team directly through our contact us page. For complex or volume recruitment requirements, we recommend requesting a custom recruitment consultation through our Contact page.
Beware of Recruitment Fraud
ALSANTRADE takes the safety and well-being of every candidate in our network with complete seriousness. Unfortunately, recruitment fraud targeting job seekers who are hoping to find work in the Gulf region is a genuine and widespread problem — and we feel a strong responsibility to make every candidate aware of how to protect themselves.
Fraudulent operators regularly impersonate legitimate recruitment agencies — including ALSANTRADE — to deceive vulnerable job seekers. They may use fake websites, copied logos, forged offer letters, and fabricated employer names to create the appearance of legitimacy before demanding money from candidates desperate to secure a job abroad.
Please protect yourself by knowing these important facts:
ALSANTRADE will never ask you to pay any amount of money — however small — to process your application, secure a job offer, obtain a visa, or access any of our recruitment services. If anyone asks you for payment claiming it is from or on behalf of ALSANTRADE, do not pay and contact us immediately.
ALSANTRADE will never ask you to share your bank account details, credit card information, or any financial information during the recruitment process. Legitimate employers and recruitment agencies have no reason to request this information from candidates.
All official communication from the ALSANTRADE recruitment team is sent exclusively from email addresses ending in @alsantrade.com. If you receive recruitment communications from any other email domain claiming to be ALSANTRADE — including Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or any domain other than @alsantrade.com — it is not from us.
ALSANTRADE does not issue job offer letters before conducting a proper screening process. If you receive an unsolicited offer letter claiming to be from ALSANTRADE for a role you did not apply for, it is fraudulent.
If you receive any communication that you believe may be fraudulent and that claims to represent ALSANTRADE, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and take the appropriate action.
